I am Bekah - an Integrated Nutrition Health Coach, Registered Yoga Teacher and lover of all things wellness.
Juggling a fast paced corporate career with motherhood and everyday life led to burn out, stress and anxiety. A lifelong passion for health and exercise plus a regular yoga practice led me to complete my yoga teacher training. Starting with small group classes, I have been teaching 1-2-1 and group yoga classes in the UK and internationally for a decade, plus holding sell out retreats here in the UK for the last few years.
With a young family and a busy life, maintaining a healthy lifestyle became ever more important. Further study to become an Integrated Nutrition Health Coach enabled me to look at health holistically. Not just the food on your plate and the movement you do each day, but your wider wellbeing. Over time I found that it became all too easy to get caught up in the masses of information available, all the powders, cleanses and gadgets that promise wellness but really just end up confusing and demoralising.
I realised that people needed simple and sustainable solutions for long term wellbeing.

Or join one of our yoga classes. They are a combination of mobility, movement and stillness. Always new and fresh but still simple and sustainable - focusing on breath, alignment and the balance between flexibility and strength of mind and body both on and off the mat.

PRIVATE YOGA CLASSES
New to yoga and want to get the basics right before committing to a class? Or an experienced yogi who would like some personalised classes?
Private yoga sessions help you to dive deeper into your practice. The focus is on alignment and breath, working on any specific areas you want to develop or to help you recover from injury. Use the contact details to book or have a chat about 1-2-1 classes.
Group classes are a welcome and much needed break from the stress and speed of day to day life. WORKSHOPS AND RETREATS
