Live simply, slowly and seasonally.

Some of you who have been following along for a little while know that there have been some changes over the last year or so. Some of these have been pretty huge (Covid anyone!) and some small, but all have been important.

"When things change inside you, things change around you"

When lockdown hit we transitioned from face to face yoga classes to zoom classes. Retreats and workshops were cancelled and everyone's working and home lives changed immeasurably. In these uncertain times it has been wonderful to be able to still see and connect with all my yogi's - even if it is through a screen. I am so grateful for all your support and hope the classes have supported your wellbeing throughout lockdown and beyond.

I have mentioned before that I have been studying to qualify as an Integrated Nutrition Health Coach. If you would like to know what a Health Coach is, please take a look at the previous blog. This has supported me to shift my life and the services I offer to provide more holistic support to people.

Rest assured that yoga hasn't gone anywhere! It has always been and will always be the foundation to my practice and my life and I hope to be able to share classes with you for a very long time. If you would like to book a class then please visit the events section on the website.

I am now also able to offer some wider services - bespoke health coaching plus group coaching, online and in person.

Because of these changes I have rebranded to better reflect the work that I do.

SIMPLY WELLBEING is a combination of all areas of wellbeing and wellness. Grounded in our yoga practice but also providing holistic support to live simply, slowly and seasonally.

I can provide you with support to identify and reach your wellbeing goals through individualised food and lifestyle changes to become the healthiest, happiest version of yourself. Cutting through the masses of information available to develop a simple and holistic approach to health and wellbeing. Developing personalised plans of things you could do rather than must do and recognising that there is no such thing as perfect.

So some things are changing but others remain. There will still be regular yoga classes, simple and seasonal recipes, hints and tips on the latest wellness information and monthly newsletters but there will always be a focus on how we can make opportunities to live simply, live slowly, live seasonally and above all, live well.
