Health Coaches help people to feel their best through individualised food and lifestyle changes that meet their unique goals. They work with clients to discover how to fuel their bodies and become the healthiest, happiest version of themselves through personal and individual plans.
There isn't a one size fits all approach but a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. Looking at all areas of life including food, movement, relationships, career, spirituality; a Health Coach helps clients to create positive health choices through personalised, one to one coaching and support.
When you start to work with a Health Coach you will decide on a specific area of health that you want to focus on - anything from reducing cravings, losing weight, achieving a goal, improving relationships etc. A wellness plan will be created with you for a specific time period (usually a minimum of 6 months) where you will have regular contact with your Health Coach to work towards achieving your sustainable health and wellness goals.
